You might have heard some thousands and one definitions about who a leader is. Apparently some qualities a leader should have. Do not forget that a leader is a servant and a smart thinker. A leader is not only able to see into the future but directs presents day works towards the years unborn. A basic quality like not self-centered is required. I will walk you through 5 paragraphs below explaining how to make a good leader and some basic qualities.
1. You should have the intuitive sense and capability to differentiate between selfish views and group views; More often than not, because you do not want to be seen as selfish, you tend to accept some other opinions. It is good to do this nevertheless not all views or suggestions would in the long run help the group. I tell you some members put their interest first and whiles been optimistic, would only benefits accrue to them. Some views maybe selfish in disguise. It is the main reason why you need to reason wide and fast. As the law of cause and effects, there is a reason behind every suggestion given by a follower
2. You should be broad-minded and always ahead; to be a leader as the word connotes means been ahead. The members or followers see you as their light and pathfinder. As a leader, you should always stay on top of information and strategies. This will make you confident in addressing or laying out a plan. Your followers would build more trust in you and are safe in all spheres. When they take a step, yours should be 3 or more of that. It is important for you to read wide and do more research in relation to strategies that can facilitate your ambitions. In light of this, you should be able to sieve through the chaff and make concrete facts available when initializing a plan. Always work with facts though risk taking also helps.
3. Sacrifice and not easily intimidated; Even if it is your last food you are about to take, sharing it with the followers who are hungry is a plus. Whether odd times or not, you should be able to respond to their calls and execute plans when needed. It is not always that things would be done conveniently, now. Be ready for times you would have to squeeze yourself and hope you were not even a leader. Never mind anyway, they are times meant to prove and strengthen you undoubtedly. Times, People and Circumstances would surely change. It is why you should stand grounds and not be move swiftly by them. Focus is needed if you want to achieve goals and set targets. Whether big or small moments, you should be able to stir them to suit the group inevitably. If you are able to stand pressure and circumstances from within, it is a stepping stone to the outside world. If you are easily downhearted, work on it. Be able to give all your best at all times.
4. Avoiding the blame game; No mountain is smooth to climb. Errors are bound to happen. Plans execution may be delayed by a single individual. Nevertheless, it does not call for a blame game. For doing this does not help now or sometime later. It is about finding lasting solutions and resolutions to problems encountered. The more blame you lay on someone the less productive the person becomes. Instead, share it as a collective thing and work towards it. No one individual interest matters than the group.
5. Be like an active follower; don’t misunderstand me anyway. In order for you to be able to see reasons in what others say also, you don’t have to see yourself as the leader and as such all wisdom’s in your archive. It is what has drawn many people backwards. You should be able to listen to followers who you think are smarter or smarter than you. In as much as you have the group at heart, you should be able to make do all possible means that would gear towards the achievements of collective interests. Mind you, not all your ways or suggestions would be right. It is in this light that listening and considering other followers opinions should be the stand point. Wisdom resides not in one fellows head. However, it does not mean also that, leaving all matters to be catered for by them. In as much as there would be some differences, possible means should be set out in order that you would be on track. It is very important to note that, it is somewhere or thing that you want to achieve and as such, all other hampering instances should be treated fairly.
Thousands and one qualities should be seen in a leader, nevertheless, some basics are a must.

1. Make yourself simple; if you are employed, fair enough, it is good. If you are not also, it affects nothing. Relationship is built on trust and been real alone means you can be trusted. It pays to hide your identity. Some ladies can fake love and when you play someone else, it is very easy for their plans to work. However, if you explain things to her as they are on the ground, she can either choose to leave or be with you. The best times to experience with true love is when you are unemployed. True lovers would stay with you when in difficult moments. It does not mean that when rich you cannot. No. It is very simple, disguise yourself as one of the commoners and make the approach. Make her know that you are unemployed and not of a higher educational background when she asks. Be cool and relax when with her. When she loves you for who you are and not what you have, it is the best. Do not things that would impress her and never be jealous of her, less you would be teaching her how to harm you. Some guys would treat a lady like a Princess. I tell you, don’t. The idea should not even perch on your mind. If you do, she would treat you like a commoner. Be yourself even if she surprises you or angers you, if you have got to show it, do it. In any case you are hurting yourself when you don’t.
2. Make her know your principles; Times that she does what you do not like, tell her in a polite manner. When you hear a thing about her, ask her personally. When she asks for a pardon, forgive her and do not recount any of the issues thereafter. If ever there is any lifestyle she has and you think it is bad, tell her. Be like a moral guardian to her and in as much as you want her to respect you, respect her also. If for nothing, she will always remember the truth you tell her when the wrong doe’s. You cannot always be right so accept your mistakes when she does tell you too. Make her understand if that is the problem. Ladies like guys who are unique in everything or what they so much desire in. If you have to be that guy, I guess you to behave as such. If a girl claims she loves you and not ready to die for you, then it is lust. Do not play games with her. No! It never benefits man. If she cares to know about your personality, tell her in plain facts and language. Ladies wants to move with real guys who they can trust. If only you can stick to your own rules, it alone tells them, you can be trusted.
3. The Communication Factor; if you spend 10 hours with her over the phone, reduce this then. Reduce the moments you spend with her. Do everything possible to make her miss you. Do not always stay in touch with her as you used to and when you least do, do not flatter her but tell her things makes you love her so much. Cracks some jokes with her. Tease her often and when she said she does not like it, don’t give an ear to that. She really likes it anyway. You can tell her sweet words and always make sure that you have something special. Do not apologize often when she thinks you have done something wrong. Show some appreciation when she puts her efforts in doing something for you. If you do the calling, chats meeting every day, surely she is not going to miss you. Yeah. You should not in any way tempt her to see her reactions. She may pass though but it isn’t what it is.
4. Avoiding the blame game; No relationship is smooth. It is built like home, one step and then another. It all begins smoothly, has some hampering factors upfront until fate decides to the end. Whenever something goes wrong, do not argue or blame her but instead see how best things can be worked out again. Always share responsibilities and make new moves or plans from the past. It should only serve as a deterrent or yardstick in any case. Always sort out your differences within the shortest possible time and move on. After all, such is life and its concomitants. Not much can be done than that. Take her as she is and be genuine with her. She cannot be 100% as you think she should be so take a good look at something’s. They help. No one human being is perfect.
5. The Emotional Factor; if possible, always make sure that there is some physical contacts when you two meet together. Do not always have sex when you two are alone but sometimes. 1. The Focus phenomenon: It is very important for you note that great men and women who ever lived and still alive made it all through a focused mindset. Being focus depends solely on what you engage yourself in, what you say, believe and see yourself with. All these things affect the way you go about your vision and the years unborn. No matter where and what you engage yourself in, make sure that they are in tune with your set goals and targets. Never divert one moment and when you stay focus, you can be able to see clearly the years to come and layout.
2. The Self Phenomenon: The fact you come from a wealthy home does not guarantee that 1000 years to come surely you are going to remain so neither been poor counts. Do not see yourself as you are and surely you can see your future self clearly. It is then that you can reason beyond your present self for a moment. What happens to you now or what you evolve yourself around should not intimidate you left nor right. Be real for short and do not forget that The Law Of Vibration is in effect in as much as The Law Of Relativity.
3. The Hopeful Factor: Never in anyway degrade yourself and compare yourself with people who are ‘higher’ than you. In this way, you can believe in yourself and ‘stand’ firm in instances. 4. The Master Planner: It is good to reason with others but nor for them to decide for you. You can agree with them on certain issues but it does not connote they drive the boat. You should be able to make some decisions on your own after a thorough investigation. Before making a move, know the inside and outside of it perfectly. The inside would mean the benefits you can get whiles the outside means the stumbling blocks. Reason wide and see opportunity in everything that you engage yourself in.
Being Focused, halting Inferiority Complex, Building on the Hopeful Factor and being in the driving seat, would make it possible for you to imagine yourself 20, 100, 1000 years from now. They have been tried, tested and proven to work.

It is for no reason than the different objectives that needs fulfilling why ‘human’ is no equal to the other. When this is finally established, where do we head to next? The dreams too much, the plans so wide and our desires never stopping a bit, flowing from our mouths. The time has come and is now where humanity must know and understand the very purpose why to ‘exist’ opted instead.
The one-thing you do not have to forget is that a thousand milestone journey begins with a single step. There are thousands and one ways where one can be able to identify his or her purpose for existing, nevertheless, not all can be trusted. Among the ways are; the revelation from God, the use of the internet, Soothsayers, your intuitive senses, from the human perspectives.

Life changes and it is the main reason why you should not be static in what ever you do. If being a Gospel musician is what God wants you to be, engage yourself in writing music, rehearsing famous Gospel Musicians, acting like one, listening and singing even at odd times. All this should be done diligently and no rush to make money out of it. When you begin to solve one problem or provide a value for which reason you should accrue money from what you are doing, so shall it be. You don’t have to chase money but it must to you.
